all those icings and the penalties really took the wind out of the sails

pretty frustrating

Good lord man, who said anything about Dubois or Fiala?

That penalty on Arty was weak as hell. Glove to the face is a high stick now?
You're wanting more youth who? Again who in the AHL can replace Lewis or Doughty? No one. Who can replace Kopitar? No one. If there was anyone down in the AHL that could kill penalties Lewis wouldn't be signed to help with the horrible PK last year. Avg age on the Kings is 27.06. Kids will be called up like Clarke.

I specifically named two players, who play positions that can be filled by players like Clarke, and can save salary to address other issues (like goaltending).

You have successfully gaslit an argument around neither of them. Multiple times.

Bravo.

Because, for the 5000th time, they haven't won a damn thing in 9 years. They aren't winning anything with this group, they are still first round cannon fodder for the same reasons as three years ago.

Why are so many of you so defensive about maintaining a status quo that is nothing to celebrate at all? What is so endearing about this mediocre at best product that makes you guys get so upset about ANY criticism?

Stop augmenting a losing model and build for a future worth celebrating by embracing changes that must be made.

And yes, it will mean taking some lumps, but since this team isn't winning anything anyway, its the best course of action. The kids, whether 19 or 22, will STILL need time to acclimate to the NHL and waiting until its do or die is a wildly stupid way of running a team.

Because, for the 5000th time, they're clearly not doing what you want. It's not just any criticism, it's the same criticism, day after day, for the last 8 years. Augmenting a losing model? Maintain the status quo? Do you think you have any say in what the Kings choose to do? Like if you really hope enough, they'll trade everyone on the team tomorrow for all the future they could get?

please for the love of god move this stupid f***ing endless argument out of a gameday thread

laf going for the highest shots attempted to lowest shooting percentage ratio world record

Really like how Laferriere is playing, but I feel like he is taking that extra split second looking for a perfect shot on his chances, and it’s costing him some clean looks.

Really wanna see the kid get rewarded with one here.

Edit: And there it f***in is. Good for him man
