As much as I want copper to get some reps, I think with this tandem you've got to ride the hot hand. Talbot will have a stinker at some point and Copper will get a chance to start a streak of his own.

That's a fair point. Both have merit - I'd probably stay with the hot hand but yours makes sense too.

I still remember talking to Kopitar at the 2006 development camp. He was hanging out with another prospect, Ryan McGinnis. I told them how glad I was they were with the Kings. Kopitar just laughed and looked embarrassed.

That was back when Lombardi, Crawford, etc would chat with fans.

This is vital but given how they treat Kopitar and Doughty it's pretty clear these guys have zero concept of load management
