Gulls win 4-2 and Suchanek continues to impress me. I really do think he’s gonna get a contract
He's very small. Looks very vintage out there, Irbe or Hebert style, back when butterfly was relatively new.Gulls win 4-2 and Suchanek continues to impress me. I really do think he’s gonna get a contract
Gulls win 3-2 in the shootout, Nesterenko and Tracey get the shootout goals
I have a question for Gulls viewers.Tracey helps earn the second point with the game winning shoutout goal.
Suchanek doing well again. Stopped 32 out of 34 and did his job in the shootout. Hope he earns a contract from the Ducks at the end of the season.
I have a question for Gulls viewers.
How much of the Gulls surge and Suchanek's success is tied together. Is it all because of Suchanek's key saves or have the Gulls improved this much defensively and on even strength?
It was really worrying through the first 20ish games, I think the Gulls were at .27ppct at one point, just abysmal. Highlights made it seem they got scored on at will with no push back whatsoever, often surrendering 3+ goals in a row.
I've said it before, for this franchise's future the Gulls success this season is more important than the Ducks.
Since Tracey has returned from injury, he's been playing on the third line with Gaucher and Caulfield for the past seven games.
Past 7 games: Tracey-Gaucher-Caulfield, 3rd line
- Tracey: 4g + 4a = 8 pts, +6 rating
- Gaucher: 3g + 3a = 6 pts,+5 rating
- Caulfield: 2g + 5a = 7 pts, +4 rating
Before being a part of this line
- Tracey: 10 games, 1g + 1a = 2 pts, and -4 rating
- Gaucher: 16 games, 2g + 2a = 4 pts, and -4 rating
- Caulfield: 16 games, 3g + 0a = 3 pts, and -4 rating
