Gulls win 5-2, EN goal for nesterenko
Wasn't much of a comeback, Milwaukee scored a couple garbage time goals after the Gulls let down a bit when they failed to convert a 5 on 3. Crappy for Suchanek, who played a really good game.

Milwaukee is a demented team, slapping pucks around angrily after every whistle and trying to draw calls Matthew Barnaby style all the time. Bunch of pissy dorks. Somebody dropped a big hit on Zellweger with about 45 seconds to play and Zell just chased the guy around slashing and poking him until the ref finally called him for it.

Predators’ affiliate, I’m not surprised

I don’t watch the Gulls games. I’m wondering if someone could tell me how some of our prospects are looking? Specifically Zellweger and Hinds?

You can go back a few pages and read up to speed. There's a few posters that subscribed to AHLtv and have shared detailed info on the team.

Another source is Defend the Nest. He covers most of the games in his recap. At the end of his recap, he'll add post-game notes about a player or three. Hinds and Zell were written about in game 19 recap:

Perreault has 15 points in 18 games now, including seven goals.

Last year he had 19 points in 48 games, including eight goals. He's also improved his shot production from just over one a game to almost two per thus far. Still need more in that department with his shot.

Gulls seem to be a much different team when De Leo is in the lineup.
It's like 75% this. You can see the knock-on effects from adding to the top of lineup in this game. Gulls were dominant for a period and change until they went up 4-0 in the 2nd. De Leo being back has awakened guys like Agozzino and King, and Nesterenko and Gaucher to a lesser extent. Gaucher's improved play has in turn helped out guys like Tracey and Caulfield.

Another part of it is the separate play of Perreault. He's benefitting from being on DeLeo's line but he's also driving play himself. He's been great on the forecheck and he's finally starting to be an impact player and not just noticeable occasionally. He's been a streaky guy in the past so we'll see, but eye-test wise, he's starting to look like he's making real progress.

Really wish Regenda were healthy.
