With Killorn close to returning, maybe Sunday. What do the lines look like?
Assuming Carlsson plays:

Killorn-Carlsson-Terry
Vatrano-McTavish-Stroke
Henrique-Zegras-Silfverberg
Jones/Johnston-Carrick-Leason

When Carlsson sits:

Jones-Henrique-Terry
Vatrano-McTavish-Stroke
Killorn-Zegras-Silfverberg
Jonhnston-Carrick-Leason

I want Zegras in the middle, but I don't want him on a line with Terry. If we could get 3 legit scoring lines and have the 4th line do their thing, I think we'd be set.

Ducks
Vatrano - McTavish - Strome
(Rico/Jones) - Carlsson - Terry
Killorn - Zegras - (Carrick/Leason/Silfver)
Johnston - (Rico/Carrick) - (Leason/Silfver)
If we could just add a RW for Zegras there I’d be happier then a pig in feces.

Vatrano - McTavish - Strome
Henrique- Carlsson - Terry
Killorn - Zegras - ???
Johnston/Jones - Carrick - Leason/Silf

So something like:
Henrique-Carlsson-Terry
Vatrano-McTavish-Strome
Killorn-Zegras-Leason
Johnston-Carrick-Silf

I could get behind that, maybe even swap Silf and Leason. Sad Jones is odd man out because he definitely puts in the effort.

I like this best…. I want to see leason with a guy like zegras…. I also think killorn and leasons skill sets compliment zegras good.

I do think silf should be odd man out when we’re healthy, idk that he will be tho

You don't touch the 2nd line with the kind of heater they are on.

With that said, I like ScarTroy's lineup suggestion

4th line can be a revolving door of Jones, Silf and Johnston to skate with Carrick

You know who’s a RW and a Free Agent? Patrick Kane

1 yr deal, whatever $ he wants.

Henrique-Carlsson-Terry
Vatrano-McTavish-Strome
Killorn-Zegras-Kane
Johnston-Carrick-Leason
Sadly I don't think he would sign. If we keep this up we should be challenging for the playoffs ourselves and if we are do we trade him? We're hardly a favorite which is what I'd expect he'd desire.

Looks like Byfield might be passing Drysdale fot good in career scoring

Drysdale is having very rough injury stretch, I hope he can have a good career
Drysdale ahead of Turcotte though. Turcotte has yet to record a single NHL point in his career.
I was on the Turcotte hype train going into the 2019 draft and 4 years later he's looking like the worst top5 pick in a long time.

I dont know why everyone is putting Zegras back at center, it seems like they are trying to keep him at wing.

Killer-Carl-Zegras
Vatrano-Mac-Terry
Jones-Henrique-Strome
Johnston-Carrick-Leason/Silf/Groulx

4th line, all the guys are interchangeable

Rico has looked a step slow when hes played up in the top 6, so Id be hesitant to put him there right now, even though I understand the desire to have him there to take draws.

Does anyone know what Vermette is up to these days? Wouldnt suck to hire him as a faceoff consultant.

We arent a fit for him. Hes on borrowed time and will go to a top contender. $$ talks, but so does winning.

MAYBE if he signed a perry-esque deal to start a season where you know you are probably eating 50% of his contract at the deadline to trade to a contender, but other than that, I dont see him signing anywhere other than like 5-6 top teams.
