I will be incredibly surprised if this team does not sign some washed vets to keep players like Andrade or Lycksell off the roster for next season.With Atkinson bought out they could get just under the cap with this 22 man roster without having to put the two broken Ryans on LTIR right away.

Kimmo was asked who is the best goalie he ever played with. Without hesitation, he said Bryzgalov went silent for a moment and then burst out laughing. Also said that the flyers should’ve kept Bobrovsky.
Kimmo has talked about Bryz a few times in his podcast. Last time he was asked about good and bad lockerroom characters/personalities (not necessarily good or bad leaders). He mentioned Pronger as an asshole (or cocky cant remember) but it was accepted because he was so good on and off the ice. Then he mentioned Bryzgalov and said ”let’s just say I won’t be inviting him to my house for coffee”

Not exactly surprising about Pronger. He was always a cocky asshole, but my god was he beautiful on the ice. I‘m sure everyone has worked with an asshole that they put up with because they were so good at what they did.
I work with a bunch of assholes who are awful at what they do lol

Another story about Pronger (and Mike Richards and Ed Snider). When Canada won the Olympics and Finland won bronze in 2010, Ed Snider organized a private jet for the Flyers' players as they had a game on Tuesday. Kimmo said he had partied a lot, but Pronger and RIchards were still drunk on the plane.

Only way Gurianov may even be considered being brought back is if MM comes over. Otherwise he is gone.
If MM comes over the keep Laughton, will likely do anyway, as he is a core guy

In what land is that almost a hockey team? The defense is hot trash, there’s no number 1 center(at this point) . The goaltending is gonna be a train wreck especially behind that defense.
That’s another shitty season and just barely missing the playoffs to pick in limbo.
Waste.
Walker isn't signing for that much with us. Teams like Sabres and Flyers have to pay premium to attract free agents.
