Hanifin ended up going for a relatively cheap package. Was a conditional 2025 1st + conditional 3rd + a pending group 6 UFA. Bruins could've beaten that if they really wanted to if they put the 2025 1st + one of Lysell/Lohrei on the table, but not too upset they chose to not go for that. Gotta think that means that our interest in Hanifin was never quite as intense as was reported.

What’s interesting is his agent is super agent Pat Brisson who’s kid a a young high end prospect on Vegas who’s been playing with Eichel out

If his kid is in the deal talk about getting your kid playing time lol

Also Hanifin signing an extension with them would be nuts since 10 days ago he was only waiting for Conroy & Brisbois to finalize who was going for him

They will sign Hanifin and if need be trade a D in the summer. They will do what ever it takes.

This smells (in some way) of 2013 and Iggy making a dumbass decision. By the time I went to bed at (like) 3a.m. he was a freakin' Penguin lol.
I have no expectations. Just checking in here and there.

Last TDL was the motherload. This year? Keeping it lowkey.

Less is better you ask me.To much turnover can wreck a team going well.

As constructed this team wins two playoff games, not rounds, games. They need a DNA change, which you do in the summer, but you can start the process now by toughening up, adding leadership and changing the coach.

If they can get Lindholm they should, see if he fits and then sign him to an extension. Add 2 gritty forwards and at minimum 1 tough D. Move some of the passengers, start with Griz and DeBrusk.

LOL!!

I remember watching TSN announce that Iggy was a Bruin. I was laying on the couch and then fell asleep. I wake up hours later and he’s now going to Pittsburgh. I remember thinking to myself……....‘How long have I been asleep????’

Seems like the Bruins have deals that might involve extensions. Lindholm /DeBrusk. Also three team trades take time and a greater possibility that one team backs out. I believe we will have a deal that will shock a lot of us
