@DKH will need grief counseling :sarcasm:
Florida or Tampa is grief counseling

Vegas hell yeh - stay West

If he signs an extension that is a wow moment

What’s interesting is his agent is super agent Pat Brisson who’s kid a a young high end prospect on Vegas who’s been playing with Eichel out

If his kid is in the deal talk about getting your kid playing time lol

Also Hanifin signing an extension with them would be nuts since 10 days ago he was only waiting for Conroy & Brisbois to finalize who was going for him

Yeah, this year they just had to have their Captain lacerate his spleen, sneaky sons of guns.
Pro sports organizations are world class corporations, surely they have never lied or bent the rules to try and win?

Revisit the rules, if not you cannot blame them............WINNING!!!!!
I can still hate the rules and the fact the same 2 to 3 teams seem to benefit the most every year.

My issue is the lack of transparency with both injuries and with if injured players are ever tested or if the word of the doctors is trusted each time.

Are you saying he doesn't have a lacerated spleen?

It doesn't matter let's just continue with the trade talk.

Not at all, but who confirms this? Team doctors? Have they not always lied for the good of the team in the past, such as with concussions?

Guys play injured all year, think it's way too easy to abuse the system by usimg a nagging injury in this way when it suits you (obviously spleen isn't nagging).

Stacked contender in a state with no personal income tax…they may have a good shot. If he wanted Tampa, similar profile, only out west and no Scientologists.
What I see, they have like 14 mil in cap for next year with Marchessault unsigned and a handful of roster spots to fill. With about 24 mil wrapped up in a pretty good D corps.

Maybe they do sign him, but seems like it might not be the wisest way to spend their cap space.

They wouldn't lie about a lacerated spleen. It happens. It happened to Matt Hunwick

The Bruins have used the same rule to spend over the cap.

Again, maybe this time it's legit....but it's not too hard for Stone to get cleared in April and for team doctors to either hide that until playoffs or for Stone to downplay his health in order to play round 1 and help the team.

System is flawed.

And their guy played game 1? I can't recall to be honest. If Stone isn't back round 1 I'd be floored.

When did Taylor Hall return last season?
