You are right , depth is always a problem go back too 2018/19 when they had one line. I assume rethreads you mean JVR and Heinen, they have played well enough that maybe some team would not mind adding them maybe even use them to increase the value of a package deal. Hey I don't think any of us as all the answers but I really still like not give up on the season, and I am sure that would be a bad message for the players that have worked their asses off and will be here in the future.

We have to be realistic they have no wiggle room to do a hell of a lot of player movement, if any. Backed into a corner and we might as well face it.

I would just be happy with out the continuation of his dumb clearing pucks around the rim to the opposing teams point men when he can actually pick his head up and make a play.

I have already given up any hope of him growing a pair and maybe defend his crease once in a while.

At the end of the Vegas game with all that chaos going on Carlo was knocked down and the game ended and Bruins went to Swayman. Carlo was right infront of us and didn’t look right - his face was contorted and his eyes looked to be blinking. My bud I was with mentioned it first ‘what’s going on with Carlo’ but I was already looking at him

I thought he was going to skip the line but circled to the back and did congrat Swayman

He then headed out not stopping at Marshy just heading in past @Ladyfan

It’s possible he was just winded but my bud Jess who belongs here and is in our SIM League and a coach said like I thought I hope he’s ok - I’d check on him

He did play against Islanders and I only watched first period but he looked in a fog

The Hanifin stuff blows - he would have been perfect here but if my friend is correct Pat Brisson with Craig Conroy blessing already has a deal ready to sign. It’s all set and for 8 years but the two teams can’t agree on return - conroy not happy with what’s being offered

Yep agreed, Tampa and the Panthers are solid but also the weather and the tax implications down there most likely go a long way luring some of these guys, annoying to say the least.

I don't fully get how Ottawa does it though. Do they give us Korpisalo at 50% retained, as our 2M backup? They gotta send him somewhere, they can't have 11.75M in goalies. Pinto certainly a logical piece to bring back.

I think that were all going to need to get used to salary amounts increasing for everyone. Goalies, bottom 6 forwards, 7D, etc . The cap is increasing this summer and on forward and everyone is going to want a slice of the pie

I don't mind the money but 7 years is 2 years too many imo.

I don’t think that’s where the money will go (except goalies).

Trusting a goalie for nearly a decade doesn't seem wise.
