Ehhh, some parts maybe. There are some really, really shitty parts of Vancouver too. Though any millionaire would probably put himself in Point Grey/Kitsilano or the west end of Vancouver which is pretty nice.

Vancouver suffers for many of the same issues of other PNW cities... high drug usage, large homeless population, an affordability crisis, and pure lack of sunshine (legit ~60 hours of sun a month for Nov-Jan would have me popping pills too). It also happens to be one of the worst cities for driving in. I'd rather drive in LA than Vancouver... It is impressively beautiful though.

We see it with EJ having to play up, looks ok in spurts, and even looked good in the Cup run. He needs bottom pairings minutes at this point for most of the season if he's going to stick around.

I'm just hoping Manson is still capable of 20 minutes a night. We'll see, maybe playing next to Byram from the onset will help.

watching old Girard clips and its obvious something about his game changed after the Vegas series. He was so quick prior to that season.

He got fat, I mean bulked up, Avs have been telling players to do that forever. Mack even did it.

Exactly, I'm so over people believing that they're handcuffed. Sakic would quit immediately if he had to beg to spend to what the cap allows. I fully believe that, and he's been asked that question early. So was Roy I believe.

I drove there and didn't think it was that bad. Certainly not as bad as Baltimore.

Most confusing part when I was there was that I didn't know that a blinking green traffic light doesn't have the same meaning there (pedestrian crossing and they have priority) than what they have here (right of way to turn left).

Pretty dangerous stuff if you don't know.
