If you are "pro personal decision" in contrast to the social media mob you speak of, I don't understand how you can then take the position that rainbow tape on sticks should not be permitted.Staal, Reimer, Prodorov made personal decisions and received death threats from the social media mobs. Leave the virtue signaling PR campaigns to the Twitter account managers.
Yeah I guess I don’t know what you’re looking for. This has happened in the last two markets they’ve expanded to in a big way. Arizona is just a disastrous market at all levels. What would you have the NHL do that they haven’t been doing recently? There are single digit hockey rinks in greater Houston - what should the NHL do there?
I hope teams defy the league.
Then you need a night or tape for every one.I agree with you. Why should those guys ruin it for the players who want to wear the tape?
Like you said, don't have mandatory nights (let teams decide) and let the players use the tape when they want to even if it is only at practice.
Well now they're protected from being around a team mate with rainbow tape on their stick.Staal, Reimer, Prodorov made personal decisions and received death threats from the social media mobs. Leave the virtue signaling PR campaigns to the Twitter account managers.
I hear you Wally, but I'm just going to drop the Bruins schedule for theme nights this year so we can see what, if anything, changes in regards to the organization's plans around special initiatives that players are now protected from being a part of.Ok, let’s move on now. The Main Board thread has been closed and these things never end well.
thanks
I call bs on that oneMaybe I missed the discussion, but Connor Bedard has never eaten fast food in his life? That is so hard to believe.
I call bs on that one
Probably and I find it hard to believe that he hasn't had a few french fries from McDonalds over the years.I think he's cheating by not considering Tim Horton's fast food.
Is that a Stanley Cup ring, or brass knuckles? Good grief
Talk about ugly
I found their inspirationIt's very appropriate for Las Vegas though- big & flashy.
Not my cup of tea though.
It’s hockey though, so I’m grateful. I’ll be dozing on the sofa but will have hockey on the tv . The Bruins are the only sports team that get my full attention.Kinda lame opening slate of games. Can't say I'm interested in any of them, especially since we'll be seeing Bedard tomorrow.
Until he gets a Charlie McAvoy sandwich tomorrow nightMaybe I missed the discussion, but Connor Bedard has never eaten fast food in his life? That is so hard to believe.
