Gonna be like this until Rehabs repents.
I don’t mind being correct. There is nothing to repent.

The Habs are poorly run and make bad decisions, there is no difference to me between Bergevin or the new foxhole crew. Many of you have convinced yourself the emperor has new clothes.

Dach was a relatively cheap acquisition because of his injury issues, so it was correct to be cautious against overhyping the situation.

Hope he heals and comes back better than ever.

I honestly feel your constant taunting about Frank Nazar is what did it. Unnecessary and mean spirited.

Please, can you help us all win the 649? You must know those numbers too?

d.
Dach came cheap because of a wrist injury.

Dach did not reinjure his wrist. Contrary to what the Hawks thought, that healed just fine. Instead he injured his knee. The Hawks didnt trade him because they thought he'd injure other parts of his body. This is just a silly stupid narrative people have invented because they want to crap on management.

At no point did the Hawks foresee him getting injured to other parts of his body.

Someone who gets injured on the same limb/body part repeatedly is injury prone.

Someone who has two freak accidents on different body parts is just unlucky.

Some people are just brittle in general. Could be nutrition or genetics, but body parts have nothing to do with it.

Andy - are we getting older and less tolerant of this nonsense?

Or has the collective hive mind of stupidity just grown?

Cole Caufield had shoulder surgery last season, I think he might be injury prone, we should probably trade him. Same for Xhekaj, and Guhle, and Matheson. Build the team around Phil Kessel, that guy never gets injured.

At least a former Hab 1st rounder is making an impact, now go f*** yourself Tinordi you useless plug.

Instead of Karacter, I'll be happy for players who test positive for bone density or whatever predictive metric around injury they can identify, gene analysis, ability to win a staring contest, I don't effing care what it may be but I'm so done with this constant injury shit.

Dach is not brittle, he doesn’t get hurt walking or breathing.

Again… very few top-6 players play a proactive physical game, which increases probability of sustaining an injury. Dach is one of them…

His injury issues got in the way of his development.

It’s hard to find a way to spin this statement but I’m sure you’ll manage.

You don’t have to have a chronic injury to be injury prone. His healthiest season at any level is missing 10 games in the WHL. His healthiest pro season is missing 12. Why are you shaming fans for being concerned at his injury patterns?

My take is that anything that is a "social media" has gone to shit the past few years. It has turned into places that people think are made to share their every immediate thoughts with no nuances or grey areas, it's all either black or white.

He's been injured constantly and repeatedly, even in his last season with us. I like the kid's game (as evidenced by my avatar) but take off the rose colored glasses.

It's fine to be concerned.. there's a difference between being concerned and throwing dirt on his career, saying he's made of glass, saying the organization has to move on from him, and that he isn't suited to play the sport of hockey.

On top of that, it's even more insane to say we lost the trade because he got hurt and we should have just picked Nazar.. who is a smaller player that had f***ing major hip surgery in his D+1 year.

Things don't stick at concern here, it goes into full doomsday, everything is awful, the management, the player, the trade, etc.

All the points you made are fair. I thought you were getting mad at people just for having the conversation, not the overreactions. That’s my bad.

It is not stupid. Injury prone players do not just suffer injuries to one part of the body. If they are brittle it's the entire body. Hawks know the injury he suffered. They may have felt the injury shouldn't have been as significant as it was. Of course the player they drafted missed the whole season so they may not be to good at determining glass bodies.
