Yeah this is pretty typical Habs f***ing luck.

Get a unicorn 6'4" center for cheap, who's on the cusp of breaking out in a big way. Obviously, he has to get a significant injury on the second day of the f***ing season.

Oh and it's that awful, awful bust who they moved up to pick instead of Kuznetsov who hurt him.

Here
What are we looking at right now:
- DVo in 3 weeks
- Dach out indefinite
- Heineman out indefinite
- Reinbacher out but « not serious »

Who am I missing (don’t list Price nor Wideman )

Dach could be piece of glass. Makes third season in row he went down with significant injury. Probably why Hawks dumped him

Heineman is out indefinitely after getting hit in the head by a knee from an official

Christ. I can't even get mad anymore. It's just so ridiculous.

Good news for Reinbacher at least, Dach potentially being out for the year just gutted me though. Could completely derail his career and our rebuild, **** you Jarred Tinordi you pathetic career scrub.
It wasn't even a bad looking hit. He pushed him up on the edge of the boards. No idea how that injured his leg. It really looked harmless. More for show than anything.

I saw nothing that special in pre season
Now he's injured
1st pairing ?? He hasn't been played a reg NHL game
LoL

Well that's it boys, Larek didn't see anything special in pre-season. Close the case, Reinbacher is a bust.

All draft picks are 'potential X' until they establish themselves. Whoever you wanted at 5 isn't playing a reg NHL game yet either, genius.

It was a nothing play. Only glass bodies get hurt on plays like that.

1-3 for rein is good to hear. But the question remains if surgery is needed for Dach, if its a matter of weeks or months that they speak in. Because 8 weeks is bad but I'd take that over a 3-4 months timeline. I guess we'll just have to be patient to see. Also It will be time to see what this new medical team is made of.

Dach wasn't"on the cusp of breaking out" when we traded for him. He looked destined for bustville.

While he showed promise last year he still hadn't "broken out".

Beyond that though, Dach had an extensive injury history when we picked him up, and that's only continued.

While it sucks that he's injured, some people are just made of glass.

I don't think we'll be able to ever count on him playing full seasons, and any time he does we should just consider it a bonus.

What the f*** is that Heineman injury

Ref used some MMA skills on the ice

What kind of decision is that from the ref/linesman? He jumped right into Heineman and just made things worse. I understand he might be trying to avoid getting hit on his head, but the decision to jump is just awful.
