I have no idea if Rashford was out late or not and that made him ill, but I give ETH zero credibility after he put him on blast last year for having a relatively minor birthday party.

I'm associating 'ill' with hungover here (unless Rashford doesn't drink at all?) which would be pretty bad.

Literally every former United player supported ETH for that. If you're late, you're dropped. Period.

I’m talking about last season when Rashford went out for a scheduled birthday party and ETH threw him under the bus for it because they happened to lose earlier.

It cost ETH any player discipline credibility he had.

It wasn't that big of a deal.

“I am aware of it, I spoke with him about it,” Ten Hag said. “It is unacceptable. I told him, he apologised and that is it. It is an internal matter.” The manager was asked whether Rashford had been fined. “It is an internal matter,” he said.

SAF would've dropped him. Keane was for late for the bus to an away game due to getting stuck in traffic. The bus left without him.

For the birthday party Rashford didn’t miss anything.

He scheduled his birthday party for an ideal time to not interrupt with training being the night after a game thus meaning he wouldn’t miss training or a game.

The issue was that they lost the derby and ETH was upset that people were saying he wasn’t up for it as a manager so he decided to make it a player discipline issue and that going out for your birthday is “unacceptable”

Instead of telling the media to go pound sand and get a life and that a player is allowed to celebrate his birthday, he instead decided to throw his player under the bus.

That cost him any sort of player discipline credibility he built up with Ronaldo or similar stuff.

It's about optics, as many former United players said. You lose the derby then go to a party afterwards. Very much disagree with your stance, since former United players also do.

Players should be able to lead their lives. It's an archaic way of thinking that the man should have stayed home and pouted because his team lost a game. f*** the optics. Unless he's out getting sloshed, let him be.

Sarr will miss the match tomorrow but should be back for Spurs for the weekend match. Bissouma and Son could also get eliminated today.

genuinely forgot he was still under contract at Liveprool
You are not the only one. Don’t think he will be in frame until after Valentine’s Day because he’s got to build up some fitness, but this is the first relevant update on him all season, also not really sure where he fits post injury. I guess you could play him in the Alexis role, but wouldn’t play him with Alexis so it’s a bit of a weird one.

While Klopp had once famously said he would quit the club if a fly-on-the-wall documentary that took cameras into the dressing room was made, the documentary will focus on the wider aspects of the club, as well as what happens on the pitch in what will be an emotional lastyear for the hugely popular German boss.
