The West Ham one was entirely clear that it was out of bounds. Even without a perfect camera angle you could see that it was clearly out of bounds.conflating situations where it remains to this date fully unclear whether or not the ball was out of play with an unambiguously good goal being chalked off due to sheer incompetence is outlandish to the extent that only an arsenal fan could come up with it
The Newcastle one is unclear, but Willock himself thought it was out of bounds, and then you have a clear foul on Gabriel plus an offside that could have ruled the goal out.
They should have already started the process to install cameras in the side of the goal posts like NFL pylon cameras after having multiple instances of this (not just Arsenal), but logical thinking like that is probably too much to expect from the FA and PGMOL
