Why are you guys saying Cowan is a bad skater? He is a spectacular skater and the media and pros agree. You can't comment on someones skating ability if you have never put on a pair of skates.
Why is he 'unable to get any secondary assists'?
Just still putting along, 52 straight games with at least a point even though he was unable to get any secondary assists.

Cant get any apples when you put the puck in the netWhy is he 'unable to get any secondary assists'?
Correct.Don't think the OHL will count this since this spans across 2 seasons, no?
No, Team Canada has let injured players try and work things out leading up to the tournament. If he isn't good by Boxing Day or they don't think he will be then they will replace him then.So if he's unable to report to camp next week, is ge cut from the tournament?
The blood was from the Oshawa kid. Talk around the arena was that they took Cowan to the hospital for further testing right away. Hopefully it was just a precautionHope it’s just concussion protocol and they’re being precautionary

Some nobody trying to make a hit just because he is irrelevant. Same old story. Hope Cowan is well.
Nothing wrong with that. Just because he's a nobody or irrelevant doesn't mean he doesn't get to hit. It happens
Sandhu has a job to do, I can respect that. There was nothing ill intent or dirty about it.
Hope Cowan recovers soon
My kid and I have seasons tickets. He got up but fell to one knee then got up again but fell 2 both knees and then was helped off the iceWere you there? Did he skate off on his own

I’m pretty sure they do as it was talked about all night during the gameDon't think the OHL will count this since this spans across 2 seasons, no?
It wasn’t a dirty hit and the other kid was injured as well. He went down like a sack of potatoes and then left the ice with a bloody towel held to his head.Ohh that’s not great.
Agree with this 100%It didn't look like a dirty hit to me either.
More like a bad hit, as in incorrectly delivered, by someone who probably hasn't made too many big hits in his career so far. That's why their heads whacked against each other. Inexperience was probably one factor to go along with reckless abandonment of personal safety awareness.
Usually in a situstion like this no news is good news so chances are they will both be ok if not shaken up with a bump on the head... hopefully they avoid concussion.
Back solo skating today which is good news
I know he wants to play for team Canada, but I hope he or they dont' rush him
