I had a hockey history book which I believe said in the first Olympic ice hockey tournaments, instead of sending a national team, Canada would it’s league champion that year (though all Canadian nationals). It woulda been fun if it was like the NCAA winners vs the Memorial Cup winners tonight

The real travesty are these uniforms. My GOD they violate every cardinal rule. Hard-to-read numbers, piping all over the place, and somehow they manage to look boring and gaudy at the same time.

I’ve tried to get into this mens tourney and I just can’t.

they level of play and skill just isn’t there. Real shame since Olympic hockey should be the best.

After reports of food and the lodging conditions leak after the games I think they’ll be okay not being there.

I know a few skiers that have said it’s pretty much a joke.

Actually yeah forget even the hockey tourney, no one I talk to has watched any of it lol I didn't even watch the opening ceremony which is usually must watch. After our ceremonies got ruined by COVID in Tokyo I've lost all enthusiasm.

No, not if you have satellite or Cable. NBC, NBCSN, USA all have stuff on them all day long

Former Avs pick Markus Lauridsen sends Denmark to 1/4 finals in its first Olympics tournament. Highly unlikely outcome if NHL players had been playing, but fun nonetheless for us.

Nike should not be allowed to design hockey uniforms.

The numbers on the USA white are white on white....
The numbers on Slovakia cut into the shoulder yoke...
The numbers on all the uniforms are in a weird spot halfway between the arms and shoulders.
The weird texture on the yolk is hideous, especially on Czech.
