The only way I like it is that it gets him out on a high and lets him finish with a positive outing. no chance for him to go back out and suffer a late-inning collapse that wrecks the start.

Funnily enough, Fangraphs' clutch stat (which is based on win probability added and the leverage index for plays) they're middle of the pack.

I really dont care who catches who. They are both solid defenders.

What I care about is keeping Kirk's bat in the lineup. We have too much played players like Guerrero and Springer at DH which in turn takes Kirk out of lineup if hes not catching.

Why is Guerrero DHing so much? It makes no sense to me. Springer I get. His position is more taxing. Why arent players like Espinal or Bichette getting days off? We have Biggio to relieve them.

If your going to give time off to players everyone should get some time. Maybe it is a good idea in this series against the AAA Royals that we give some of our regulars some days off. Bichette? Espinal? Springer? Guerrero? Chapman?
