Maybe, but do they have anyone in there they really like that much? It's three pretty high draft picks Arizona just traded.Jeez, Habs could have made the same deal that Arizona just did.
It's ridiculous. They have nothing and they are giving up 3 picks for one average player. Now that s how you trade up, nice for ARI. Let people from the desert teach Hughes how you should do a rebuild
I don't think it's fair to compare Ziba (at the time of trade) with Dach (at the time of trade). It would't be sound management if they decided not to trade for big centers with upside. These guys take time. Gorton once fleeced Ottawa for Zibanejad.
Are habs done?
Would you rather have Dach or Lambert
Idk the order just changedWho do you have 11-15
It's almost as if other, competent GMs are good at negociatingThat seems... Cheap to move up to 11?
Different player. Different person.
What's your hurry now anyway? I thought were in tank mode again. I have no problem taking a big center with upside.
People can be all over the map.
Scouts on tree teams judges that Wright had not the proper competitive edge for them. But I am sure he is going to have a great NHL career, possibly better than the three drafted before him.
I like Dach. I wish we would've waited until pick 13 to see who was available. If we could've gotten Lekkerimäki, I would've held on to the pick. Dach is good though. Suzuki/Dach is a nice tandem.Dach vs 13th overall pick. Not sure which I prefer there TBH.

Romanov gave us #13.... And we lost it to get Dach !11th pick cost in draft picks was decently steep. Our 26th and 33rd might not get us into the top 15.
I feel getting to Vancouver's #15 for 26 and 33 is a possibility. The Canucks don't have a 2nd.You guys still think the Habs move up from 26th tonight?
