I’ll always appreciate Boudreau for his time with the Manchester Monarchs.
When I was in high school I had twin friends and their Dad was an owner of a pretty big company so he had a suite for the Monarchs at the old Verizon because his company sponsored them, we used to go to games for free on the weekends. Fun times lol but yeah their Dad was good friends with Boudreau and he said he was a good guy.

Sometimes you just have to hold your nose and eat a little shit for the greater good.

Tonight was one of those nights.

I think I’ll mosey on over to the Habs board and thank them. That’ll be fun :)
I thought better of it. Probably not a good idea to post over there as a Bruins fan. Not looking to get any infractions.

Thanks for the laughs, Habs.

40 goals for Mcdavid
I’m pissed NHL Network isn’t showing this game. And the NHL wonders why it hasn’t taken off in the US.

The only way to see this game in the US is to have NHL Center Ice - which only die hard hockey fans will have. If you’re a casual fan, or an out of market fan without Center Ice, I guess you just don’t get to see the best player in the game.

Keep reaching for that golden ring, Bettman.

I really should try to go to a Preds game when Edmonton is in town. He would be fun to watch in person.

Do that. You won’t regret it.
Sadly, no
I’ve seen him twice at the Garden. One win, one loss. In the Oilers’ loss, he scored the Oilers’ only goal, and he skated through all five Bruins skaters like they were orange cones.

He is blazing fast, and he’s easily the best player I’ve ever seen in person besides Wayne Gretzky and Ray Bourque.

TV and YouTube do NOT do Connor McDavid justice. He is the only player in the NHL today that I would take over David Pastranak.

There’s a few more I would take. But yeah seeing him skate live is something else
