Wright or Slafkovsky? Looks like Slafkovsky is the betting favorite at this point.

So I'll be rooting for getting one of those guys except McGroarty then Not a fan of the Bluesy choice in the first round.

Yeah McGroaty screams a bottom 6 player unless his skating improves by leaps and bounds then his potential is sky high. Definitely an interesting draft Miro would be awesome though the Russian factor might push people away.

Perhaps, but Slaf was underwhelming much of the year and had couple great tournaments. His Liiga stats were far worse than other top picks (like Kakko) out of there.

And yet you have posters on this board who openly complain about “Bluesy” picks.

It’s just stupid. The Blues are clearly one of the better drafting teams in the league and have proven they know what they’re doing.
