Here is the player the Habs should draft if they don't get the first pick
Former QMJHL scout Simon Boisvert, in an interview with TVA Sports, suggested a player who is off the beaten path

Do you know how he has done with past drafts?

I like the comment underneath it that says picking Stutzle over Lafreniere would be incompetent.

Both Jiricek and Nemec are going early imo.. Two really good prospects. Both Top 5 imo and the top 5 overall is pretty solid.
Lets hope for some Lottery luck.

If the draft goes according to plan - big 5 + Kemell - I would be shocked if Sens don't take Gauthier.
And if the the two D are gone before NJ picks, I could them going power forward and selecting Gautheir, so that maybe Kemell falls to 7. NJ needs to add some size to that forward group.

Whose stock rose significantly, and who fell out of the top tier of prospects? Corey Pronman ranks the top NHL draft-eligible players.
Top 10 is very similar to mine only the order is slightly different .. (Not usual that I am in this much agreement with Pronman.. I guess I should be concerned)
