I think he's owed too much cash for that to be possible anytime soon. It's $29,300,000 and I doubt insurance will cover that until he's officially never going to play again.

When Tampa traded for Seabrook in July last year he had three years left and was only owed $15,500,000, and he hadn't played since December 2019.
