The Packers barely have one NFL starting WR and he’s coming off of injury and a #2 at best…and Rodgers still owns the Bears lol

Must be tough for Bears fans to watch this same game for like 10 years straight
It’s the McCaskey’s and no matter what they do/who they hire The bears will always be the same until they sell the team

It’s equivalent to your grandma/grandpa owning a nfl team and trying to have input into the team

Legacy NFL owners are modern American nobility- they get all their power from long-dead family that were better at ruling/owning, and they make stupid decisions that screw over everyone else while they count their ill-gotten gains. But at least there’s no incest to ensure they keep a grip on power.

Well, not yet, anyway.

the edge.

its f***ed because i figure they would at least luck out a couple more
Yesterdays win vs Cleveland was something like the Jets first September win in their last like 13 tries or something silly.

Did ASU have big expectations going into this season, or did they not have any but were too awful to ignore and do nothing?

Edit: Read the blurb. Yeah, don't lose to Eastern Michigan.

Jets defense…woof. Can’t even get decent pressure on the freaking Bengals. Unit looked like it had potential after week one, but it’s the same story. That d-line generates nothing and the secondary is nowhere near good enough to compensate.

They’ve had Joe Burrow dead to rights a couple of times.
And never managed to get a hand on him, let alone sacked him. And that’s only when they bring pressure, they get nowhere near him if they rush four. I was hoping Lawson would come back strong, but he’s a non-factor.

How many years is the Jets' D-line going to be this overrated? Where the hell is 'top ten' pick Jermaine Johnson? Or Carl Lawson for that matter?

Tua hit late and probably concussed. I’m not sure a simple penalty fixes that. What not cheapshot the QB every play until he’s out of the game by the end of the first drive? Maybe you surrender a TD but you have the rest of the game to beat their backup QB.

Like my sociopath plan for an NHL team I’m not advocating that I like this stuff. I’m pointing out how the rules are inadequate for player safety.
