Ariana asked AB to go back in and AB said he was hurt and wasn’t confident in his abilities. Arians then told him to leave the sidelines cause he was no longer on the team

I see no way there isn’t more to the story or that isn’t a flat out lie. I don’t see how a player telling a coach he is injured doesn’t result in the player being worked on by medical staff. If anything I could see AB trailing by 14 not wanting to enter the game and telling Arians he wasn’t playing anymore. AB gets no leeway in the public eye of opinion because of his past.

If it was even true that former players on other teams are calling him with regrets (which I'm positive it is not), couldn't that be considered tampering?
No because they are signed and the talks dont discuss a future contract

Brady could call Bellichek up every day and reminisce about the old days, tell Bill how much he regrets leaving, etc.. wouldnt be tampering

now if they said 'trade for me' or something then yes, thats tampering

I played golf with an NFL GM. Tampering happened multiple times in the round in the sense that agents called to try to get the GM to show interest in a player under contract to use that as leverage against the current team. The GM I was in the cart with was smart and said all the right things. He admitted to me he received those sorts of calls semi-regularly.

Who could’ve predicted that signing Antonio Brown would’ve turned into such a circus

This latest stuff involving the Ava Instagram girl is wild.

There has been a bunch of Joe Judge propaganda from local sources so I imagine the Giants sent the memo out trying to get propaganda going when they don't fire him Monday

The thing about propaganda is that even the true believers eventually stop believing it. I think we're past that point.

Does anybody besides Giants ownership believe that Judge and Gettleman deserve to keep their jobs past about 4:30 tomorrow?

I really think the macho culture in the NFL holds teams back. It’s just not that hard to put together a decent o-line and a decent front 7 on defense. You won’t win the Super Bowl but you should be in most games and win a fluke or two along the way. Being consistently bad in the NFL is almost harder than being mediocre. Look at New Orleans this season. They’ve had terrible injuries but they have turned to game management on offense and playing solid defense and they will finish one game above or below 500. Same with teams like PIT and BAL.

No I don't think so, but Gettleman is getting a royal send off into retirement despite absolutely wrecking this team, and Judge is going to keep his job.

Mara needs to sell the team. It's a disgrace. An actual disgrace, not a Jack Hughes disgrace

I don’t have enough of a feel for Mara to know if he’s an incompetent Jerry Jones or just getting bad advice.

Mara is reportedly very hands on and nepotism is a big issue too. Mara family members have jobs up and down the organization.

Gettleman was basically Mara's rubber stamp guy and Mara really likes Judge for whatever reason (the faux tough guy and this dumb belief that the BB coaching tree is any good)

BB spin offs have generally been bad and think that being a Jack ass is part of coaching.

Plus anyone that works on Bill's staff....has no experience with losing. So when they lose as most inevitably will with another job, they don't know how to handle it.

Judge really takes the faux tough guy stuff to another level though. Between the whole not using players' names at his initial presser to the rant about how former players all want to play here last week.

It’s amazing to me how so many folks in the gane actually buy into that nonsense.

Youd figure that people would be able to see through the bullshit tough guy thing by now.

The NFL is a microcosm of the USA
