Not really - Winning the div or conference wouldve been nice, means less travel each round.. otherwise not a big deal. I think Colorado minus Makar is def preferable to EDM or VGK

I normally don't back that ship but its desperation time on the sinking ship, and the Kings have to come out in the playoffs as a team and as individuals, just plain better.
So the timing and desperation make me side with him for this one occasion.

Well aware of that, Tmac made him be solid all around first.
A ton of guys here were saying trade him and based on his play on team Sweden I said he would break out when he was moved up to play with better players.
Durzi scares me shitless but SPence was way worse tonight.
Probably should have been called up sooner for a less stressful integration.
Too late now.

I thought he was talking about Kupari the entire time, still do. You cant miss the net like that on a 2 on 0. Stollie said the same thing, called out the 4th line because the missed the net too many times with their limited icetime. Byfield has done plenty of other things except score.

Kings actually dont control their own destiny to the 3 seed.. Kraken play AZ on Monday then finish up home and home with VGK.. they win all 3 and theyre in no matter what LAK does.

That’s more of a development failure.

Kopitar is old, Danault is who he is, and Lizotte wouldn’t be a 3C on any contending team. The Kings have taken three centers high in the first round since 2017 and none of them are even remotely close to a top six center role.

Just an organizational collapse from top to bottom at the center position since Blake came on board.
