This is one of the most boring games I’ve seen in the league this year. It feels like two teams in the Bedard tank, amazing that both these teams have so much to play for.

No one does this anymore, it’s 2023 not 1973.

And the game is much better for it. The players respect each other, and don’t want to see their own star players get retaliated against and injured.

They respect each other because they slash each other where the pads under lap and they respect each other? Sounds like they are just p***yes!

Sign me for the league minimum I can skate well enough I’ll go full Pejorative Slur out there and take on anyone that wants to throw. I’ll even go into the locker room and flick Byfield in the nuts and tell him to man up!

You can put my statue in the men’s room!

McEwan definitely is a ghost when he is on the ice. Safe to say it was a terrible trade.

I haven’t noticed a single nasty smell out of him since he got here !

If Blake doesn’t qualify MacEwen, he should look at Ryan Reaves.

I don't think Blake and TM believe in enforcers. Kings had a real good one in Macdermid and they let him walk. and haven't done a thing to fill that need.

Hell, Blake could've gone on hockey fights . com and seen that Lemieux wins more of his fights than he does.

It looked to me that right when byfield stick was flexed shooting, the guys just happened to make contact at apex of the bend.. thats just like pure shit luck

Yep at first glance it looks like one but if you watch the other angle it's a one handed swing that catches the lower shaft blade area at the bend, it actually was a great non call

I think a lot of us were a bit surprised by the pick.

Though hindsight it makes sense adding a top 3 pugilist that's huge and plays both LD and LW.

if you're benching Kaliyev for being useless, you'd be benching almost the whole team for being useless.

He’s being given an opportunity to play. And what does he do, glides in the back check to let the defense takeover. Fails to finish checks, much like Kupari earlier in the year (luckily he turned that around). These kids play with no hunger. They’re playing like they already won a cup and signed a bad contract. How do you turn this around? More ice time?!

Kings should have protected him. Should dangled Kayliv or Elder or players they don't dress, They ain't doing anything for the team when they are in suits watching the game.
