i don't necessarily want a pure meritocracy because that stifles development but iafallo's kinda sucked for kind of a long time. there need to be consequences for that

Instead of conseqences, appearently there is some kinda ass backwards reward system that smacks of total favoritisim.
It was said todd has played favorites enerywhere hes coached in the nhl prior to the kings, and his other traditions like choking are also becoming appearent.
