Ahh the sabotage continues. I thought you’d always want to play your best players against top teams and playing Quick ain’t.
The Isles were hardly a threat, but his body language was better. He was moving around more smoothly than the game before. If the thought is that at his age that he will need more reps to stay sharp, sure get him in again.Even in his wins he's looked terrible. People saying he looked good the last game, the kings controlled the game in front of him..
This is what I'm really hoping for but who knows he might just want to play for another season or two.I think we're seeing his jersey go up in the rafters next season.
I think you are going to be surprised by the Re-vitalized QuickerAhh the sabotage continues. I thought you’d always want to play your best players against top teams and playing Quick ain’t.
Yeah that big if can be the difference between Kings missing the playoffs. I can understand your logic if the Kings were essentially clinched. If Quick can regain form it would be huge right now. Big IF tho.
thank god, guy f***in owned usLooks like Timo Meier is pretty much a done deal to NJ. Kings goal differential went up at least +20 in the future.
That’s a bad take. Copley is much better than Quick and the Kings are in the hunt for the playoffs. There’s no justifying it.I can see the importance of not to overplay Copley considering he's never been the go-to guy in his pro career, as far as I can tell. He's already getting close to matching his career high in regular season games.
Quick has got to come through big. Who knows what will happen.
Unless there is a major improvement in his play I struggle to see anyone signing him unless they are tanking. Which is something JQ wouldn’t want anyway. If Quick signs elsewhere I'm thinking Buffalo an up and coming team that needs a goaltender that's a vet to help the youngsters coming up through the system
