He's not a second-year pro, he's a fourth-year pro. He has never had defensive smarts going back to his days in junior. That's not something you can learn over time. You either have it or you don't.

should've phrased it better, he's a 2nd year nhl pro, on his 1st full season with only 120 games played. People used to say the same about Muzzin too.

I’m only seeing half of these comments but I can tell exactly what’s happening. The Todd Fluffer and the official HF Kings Player/Coach are spewing their usual diarrhea posts all over every thread, stomping their feet and whining at anyone who doesn’t agree with them. Angrily looking down their noses as if they’re the voices of reason, forced to help all of us idiots comprehend how hockey really works. Their overconfidence and the immediate jump to hostility when posting make them look like petulant children and they have ZERO awareness of it. It’s low grade mental illness and engaging with them just makes them sink deeper into their superiority complex. It’s the same tone every time. Complete inability to have a conversation without trying to assert dominance….on a message board lol. It’s truly pathetic.
