Man, I turned in two minutes ago, and it seemed like Carolina was on a extended power-play. I was trying to find the penalty kill clock when I realized we actually had five players on the ice.

This would require foresight, planning, and a general leadership from our coaching staff and management, so I think we’re out of luck there.

Lizotte and JAD are on the third line. Lizotte has not been a good 3rd liner since he was bumped up.

Turcotte looked really good, intercepting pucks forcing turnovers making sweet little passes to linemates whose hands would be better used as boat anchors

Only a matter of time till the dam breaks on this one, dont' like the Kings' 2nd periods overall

That is a shitty 3rd line.

Hopefully after the break our boys come back.

Moore’s speed is missed on the second line.

Vilardi and Kaliyev bring some much needed offense, skill and size.

Knocks AI down to the 3rd line where I think he can excel.

Moves Lizotte down to the 4th

Hopefully move’s Lemieux to the 13th forward. Not the same guy we saw in the past.

My only question is who centers the third? Love Byfield on the top line but I would be okay with Vilardi up there and Byfield centering Fiala and defensive safety valve Iafallo. Give them soft starts the rest of the year. Phil and Anze can be our boys handling the defensive zone draws.

Lizottes play really sliding in the decision making department- old man Edlers inability to get the puck out of the zone not helping matters. Still 1-0....not waiving the white flag yet.
