But he's made a couple good saves here and there (as any NHL-caliber goaltender should be expected to a few times per game).

And that's really the difference in the game right now.

Quick made some as well Berniers breakaway comes to mind etc

Reality is both teams are playing like hot garbage, if this was 30 years ago both teams are skating lines after the game

There is no salvage to the season. They are not coached well and have the wrong mix of players. The C needs to be stripped and new core needs to be formed.

We all saw the issues on the blueline in August. And yet here we are playing SEAN f***ING DURZI on his off side.

Copley is getting outplayed by Villalta, and Villalta is terrible.

Tbf his numbers are still better than the AHL guys last year, and AHL numbers can always be a bit wonky compared to their NHL play.

But at this point, I don't think it can get worse

Blake has no clue what he’s doing. We all said the real measure of a GM is transitioning from tanking and collecting prospects to an actual cohesive roster with an identity challenging for the playoffs.

Blake has failed at that. Miserably.
