Well at least we know they are better offensively this year. They would have been stuck at 2 and lost a few years ago.

man, looking back at the replay, that puck hopped a bit right before kopi wanted to shoot and had to settle it, giving the goalie that extra bit of time to get over.

He wouldve scored if he couldve 1-timed it

It looked like Kopi had to reach forward a bit to get that pass from Vilardi, otherwise he could have chipped toward the open net right off the pass. It's a game of inches, what can you do. Keep a few out of their own net and it never comes down to that.

nOT REAL surprised with the result, it feels like 2 of 3 games in Calgary since 2014 have been an absolute circus of bounces and shit reffing.

Kings are their own worst enemy and deserved tonight's result but I'll be damned if every little other thing didn't go wrong tonight either...ref assists, bounces off asses to sticks, etc.

Not going to go so far as to say I'm glad they didn't win but they need to learn a lesson from tonight.

I might be the only guy on earth not mad at Durzi, I still think him and Roy are being handicapped in similar manner as Muzzin and Martinez were--that's a management/coaching failure to not fix the personnel and yet still deploy the guy who shouldn't be on his wrong side in big minutes on his wrong side.

Not super optimistic about this road trip anymore, though. We struggle with the Pacific. I'm not going to go into why again

We now have 9 players in double digit pts after only 18 games. That should be leading the league. The offense is there. If we keep this pace and get some D help the season or next, we could end up being a top 5 team (contender) down the road. Still alot of work needs to be done though, between the pipes, size etc..

weird were 0-3 in our division, yet not really all that surprised.Vegas got a lucky break, seattle was all on us, tonight was a turnover parade that ended up in our net. It really could've been worse in the 2nd, Quick made 4 top notch saves to still keep it in reach.

Durzi's awful reads led directly to a couple of goals, tough to talk him up tonight

God that sucks O'Neil and Stolly had to drive 3 hours to the Bailey's studio in SD to cover the game. so what, the Santa Monica studio was being used for a 4th tier poker tourney or something?

Durzi \ Roy combined -5. No other D man for the Kings is a negative. We need to fix these pairings. Did we not showcase Walker enough to move him?

Not gonna talk him up but also not gonna lay the team's problems at his feet

He's basically getting Derek Armstrong'ed into the wrong role and being the sacrificial lamb for the team's real issues

His play is still awful don't get me wrong, but I'm not gonna go "it's all durzi's fault" when there's plentyof suck to go around and many of Durzi's problems are inflicted by coaching and management.

I can't tell if I'm more annoyed at the reffing in MNF or Durzi.

Is he in the wrong role? Yes, but you can't play that lazy/stupid with such glaring miscues and be a defenseman in any league. Moverare needs to draw in for him or Walker ASAP, and a trade is needed
