Probably. I waver back and forth on it because intentional, retaliatory, non hockey play....but he mostly whiffed and has already served a lot of a game due to the match penalty. At the very least he's on record now and can't do that again.

Just pretty sick of Wild players getting excused for going a little too far.

Why does Kempe look so burned out and scrawny all the time now? Did he convert to a vegan diet or something?

Anyways, the Kings are in a relatively good spot despite their up and down play, and difficult schedule. They're 7th in the conference by P% (.567) with some nice home games coming up.

Ideally you want the team P% at .600 ish to ensure a PO spot.

I'm afraid Todd is now going to start Quick every game.

Ottawa just waived a goalie!!! Get that waiver claim in!!! At 750K Hellberg saves money over a demoted Cal & can't be worse!

Hmmmn. His career stats are actually pretty good. He's 6'6".

I'd do it. But Blake won't.

Would be nice to have a goalie with some size as a nice change up from Quick/Petersen. "Hellberg" is also an awesome hockey name.

My god Wild fans are so salty about Kaprizov getting thrown out and getting a fine. It's all Doughty's fault, Kaprizov did nothing wrong, Doughty mugged him the entire time and had it coming, blah blah blah.:laugh:

Don't you dare call out the fans of a sacred hockey market! They know all. Except about sniffing a Stanley Cup parade. At least they have Kirby Puckett and George Mikan to brag about. Makes me even more happy that the Stars left there just before winning the Cup in Dallas.

A nice handful of Panther fans did the same with Tkachuk, very confused why they hate the Kings so much.
