Huge win, great game from Quick, Goalardi does it again. Classic Kings/Wild hockey right there.

At the end of the game, Roy could've just skated the puck into the corner and grinded out the few remaining seconds.

Instead, he sends the puck back up to the point ensuring the Wild get a final chance at scoring.

It wasn't pretty, but never hurts to see a win.

But holy shit do they have work to do on the powerplay.

Nice to see Kopitar and Vilardi producing in spite of Kempe... who's back on pace for under 50 points despite getting the third most minutes per game from forwards (behind Kopitar and Danault).

The Danault line getting hemmed in their own zone for 2 minutes was embarrassing.

I like that Lemieux is willing to get engaged when things need to get dirty, but I really wish he was smarter.

Clarke averaging the least amount of minutes between the defensemen and not playing since November 1 is a travesty.

Need Danault and Kempe to play better.

The PowerPlay was disheartening, as was the way the Kings played after the Vilardi goal.

Gabe was consistently the King's most dangerous forward all night. Fiala second.

Kings have to find a balance between generating scoring chances, while still playing good team defense.

Danault had been uncharacteristically bad as well

We really need to shuffle the deck chairs. We have all of the parts in the world and subtraction would really make things more defined. I agree that the bottom four is a cluster f***!

In memory of @Herby, I thought it would be fun to spark up the discussion on how the Kings have the inability to develop a top-6 forward. Who wants to get this going??

But holy shit do they have work to do on the powerplay.
Have no fear, they got rid of Sturm...we're good.

Kempe's been pretty horrible the last few games. Not doing much of anything probably since even before the lines were shuffled.

Great game! First shutout of the year! Wild were missing guys, but Kings didn't give up a lot of chances.

PP could use some work. Maybe just shots on net & don't worry about the pretty one timers so much. More shot volume. Just put it on net.
