There is no 6'2" goalie that would get 36+6 pads approved by Kay Whitmore per the current rules.

Not trying to be an ass...but PPG almost tells you where it is as it is very close to the abbreviation for Pittsburgh. But if that isn't a give away, the fact it says the Penguins should. But if you know anything about Pittsburgh and their bridges, the design also is a give away.where? .... is PPG Arena???
