Not just that, but the plan to get a downtown arena (Lebreton Flats) is finally getting the green light approval, so a better team and an actual arena IN OTTAWA. Things are looking up. Grew up there and driving35-40 minutes to Kanata in an empty parking lot...was not fun. Good for the Sens fan base finally.

Depends how he does, if it's a bad fit, injuries or whatever and Debrincat doesn't want to sign in OTT - acquiring teams could suggest that some of his success came from playing with P.Kane.

Dorion should have gotten some kind of assurance that he wants to be there for a good while.
