Desrosiers was under contract to Winnipeg, played 4 games in Manitoba AHL but spent most of his time at the ECHL level with the Trois-Rivires Lions.
The article mentions a "two-way contract" but doesn't say with which team. However, what we know for now is that Darian Skeoch's ECHL rights were acquired by the Savannah Ghost Pirates, Henderson's ECHL affiliate. The Allen Americans announced today the team has traded defenseman Darian Skeoch, to Savannah (ECHL), for future considerations.
Darian Skeoch played in 52 games with the Americans last season and had 135 penalty minutes and eight points (1 goal and 7 assists).
The 6-foot-5 and 230-pound blueliner was acquired from the Indy Fuel during the 2020-2021 season.
“Thank you to the Americans fans for treating me so well during my time in Texas,” said Darian Skeoch. “Special thanks to the Americans organization and Head Coach Chad Costello, for helping me get this opportunity to sign a two-way contract. I’ll miss Allen but looking forward to the new challenge.”
Skeoch played two seasons of college hockey at Carleton University in 18-19 and 19-20. He also had two years of junior hockey with the Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League from 2016 to 2018, and one season with Lethbridge.

The Calgary Wranglers announced today that they have signed goaltender Daniil Chechelev, defencemen Simon Lavigne and Rhett Rhinehart, and forward Brett Sutter to one-year AHL contracts. Forward Mitchell McLain has been signed to a two-year AHL contract.
After signing with Italian club HC Bolzano in the ICEHL, former New Jersey Devils forward Nick Lappin’s career may be in jeopardy. The team posted on Facebook today that Lappin suffered a severe back injury while training this offseason, forcing him out indefinitely. They note that the severity of the injury has Lappin, unfortunately, considering retirement, ending his first season overseas before it began. Lappin, who joined the Devils as an undrafted free agent from Brown University, played 60 NHL games for them between 2016 and 2019, registering eight points.
