Feels bad to watch 3 hours when the game is all but over before your offense is on the field.

But stranger things have happened, this offense can put up 10 on any given night.
 
When Stripling has nothing on the mound on any given night, this is what happens. As good as he has been, ideally you'd love to replace him in the rotation with someone better.

This is why I am not a fan of his. He has little margin for error against good hitting ball clubs. On a team with very good pitching, he would be a long guy.

You gotta admit, though, Pete Walker is a god damn genius for how he transformed Stripling to even be where he is now, and Ray, and even Matz.

Not to mention being the absolute worst fanbase(s) in north american sports. People hate the Yankees, but have you ever met a RedSox fan?

unfortunately if they put up 10, we still lose.

Of course hindsight is 20/20 but I was thinking we should have used Ray, Stripling and Matz vs Texas. Then Manoah, Ryu and Ray vs Boston.

Then after off days and potentially the deadline, get Ray, Ryu, whoever we acquire at the deadline and Manoah back at the top of the rotation.
