Both the Rangers and Jays last playoff appearance was 2016. Rangers are nowhere near the playoffs anytime soon. Nice to see the Jays turnaround has been quick and effective

I am still not sold on the Sox. Starting pitching has overachieved.

Jays did what they had to do against the Rangers and quite easily too.

And what's maybe being overlooked is how many games in hand we have over teams ahead of us. 4 over Boston and Tampa...5 over the A's. We get on a good run and we can close the WC gaps quick and maybe make a run at the division.

the big key for me is staying on a roll vs the sox. if we fall into the same pattern as earlier in the season where we would win 4 then lose 3 etc we are toast, we need a run here.

Great series win. I still have concerns about the left side of the diamond defensively. Gurriel, Biggio and Bichette don't provide a ton of confidence at LF, 3B or SS.
