No mask from Montoyo which is great to see. Show the public the benefits from getting vaccinated.
How does taking off a mask show the public the benefits to the 99% of this planet that have been perfectly healthy people all along? Especially when 10 Yankees got it post V?

Hopefully the Jays catchers don't become a rotating DL carousel - not good for the pitching staff. But it seems like McGuire's off-season training regimen must incorporate something to keep him healthy?

COVID has a higher mortality rate than 1%. Furthermore, there are potential long-term consequences of the virus even for healthy people, Marco Rossi and Eduardo Rodriguez as examples. 9 of the 10 Yankees tested positive but were asymptomatic.

I don't think Reese's off-season regimen is appropriate for all audiences.

The second he started the spin move when he flubbed the initial catch I thought "oh god, he's gonna try it, isn't he"
When I saw the ball leave his hand I fully expected it to concuss a popcorn vendor somewhere on the concourse. It was a throw from the left side of the infield I haven’t seen since *shudders* Juan Francisco in 2014

There are over 7 billion people on Earth, 99% or more of whom are (and have been) perfectly healthy.

All illnesses that get into the lungs have the capability to do that. There is nothing unique about that.

But this is not the time nor the place for a discussion. Back to beizbol. Adams has had a nice debut so far.
