I think they are bad for baseball. Especially how to just trade players once they need to be paid big, you never develop player for your fanbase to get excited about.

That too. Every good player they get they trade when it comes time to pay them. Props to them for staying competitive while trading away all their best players but that could be part of the reason the fans don't bother to show up

Yeah I remember that series well, it was painful and it was mostly because of our horrendous bullpen. Thankfully the bullpen is much improved. Credit to Shapiro as well for finding Cimber and Richards.

It suck's Kirk's 123 wrc+ is out of the lineup so often but I get it. We have the 6th and 14th best hitting catcher's in baseball right now with the 6th best missing so many games because Springer needs DH right now. We may have to run more DH through catcher next year not outfield when Springer is healthy. And if Moreno is legit... man catcher is going to be stacked.
