Will there be AHL playoffs?

Haven't seen any news about it anywhere.

Point percentages? Bubble city?

So far I haven't heard any news on the postseason/playoffs. The divisions are so imbalanced and there are no conferences this season.

Maybe 2-3 round robin games against all division winners? No idea what would be fair.

Obviously nothing is set in stone yet, but indications are there won't be a Calder Cup champion. Some divisions may elect to have a post-season tournament within the division, and others may not. Don't expect to see any playoffs between divisions unless things change significantly (for example: all players get vaccine plus enough fans are permitted at the games to make it worthwhile for the owners and/or NHL wants players to keep playing badly enough to help support the AHL owners financially)

In last night's Condors-Barracuda game, the announcers (one of them Brad Malone who is an active player but injured) hinted at a soon to be announced playoff format. Probably limited but it sounds like the AHL is very interested in some sort of playoffs.

The AHL has said all along that there would be NO Calder cup champions this season...BUT they would be doing some sort of abbreviated playoff system. And that it is likely to be a divisional playoff only.

Round-robin series, COVID elimination, pandemic special.
I wouldn't say that....

PRO/HFD is what it's always been... maybe back to the traditional rivalries of the past, but Providence hasn't seen Utica since the shutdown and/or transformation of the Blues landing there for the year instead of Springfield...

what royally is the problem is the archaic rule that every team has to be an active member but you gave three franchises the option to opt out w/ no penalty

That's why I said it instead.
but not every team plays all the other teams, JM.... that's the downside of a coast to coast league like the AHL has become....it's been that way for decades, past, present or future teams/clubs and their fanbases fight that every year even though they're no real solution to make it equitable.

fans in all markets implored the clubs to do that, but would the League listen to their fanbases league wide, or do they take the advice of the clubs solely....
