Is this one of those situations where they agree in principle, but the window to sign European free agents is frozen, so it's not actually official until free agency? Or is that all in a mess because of the MOU/Covid-rescheduling?

Was high on him last year. Had a fairly disappointing year in the Finnish JR league and was "ok" but not great in WJC.

However, seemed to do pretty well playing with men in the World Cup. I think he's always been a bit of a long range project, but I just thought offensively he would have stood out more in leagues with players his age.
