Added HockeyProspect's Black Book to OP. They are fantastic as far as draft guides. Pricey, but they also try to emulate how an NHL team ranks and categorizes them.

If there's a guide I'm missing in OP, let me know and I'll add a link. I need to go back and cycle through the ones I have.
Cossa Nostra will make opposing shooters offers that they can't refuseI think Cossa will be the better goalie
Maybe CBus takes Wallstedt now? Shitty situation that is.
definitely shitty situation and very sad, but I did not think he was regarded as that level of prospect to be a future #1. Thought him more like Villiata level where it's too soon to see what he cannot be but it's unlikely he reaches that level.

If I’m Blake, I create a $1M bonus money pool for the scouting department this offseason. If the first round pick comes in and scores 18 goals next year on the Kings, it gets paid out. $375k straight to Yanetti. The remainder split evenly among the rest of the group. Matt Greene can go buy two of the new Broncos and “loan” one of them to the kid drafted.
when the consensus 1OA is talking about going back to school next year I think it is safe to say no one from the 2021 draft is potting 18 goals in 21-22.
If the Kings keep the pick, which I think they will, I am fine with any of the names mentioned herein.
I lean towards Guenther, Quinn or Wallstedt, as I think all are BPA at 8OA and fill an organizational need, but if it's Johnson, McTavish, Lysell, I'm good.
I bought the Blackbook last year. It is pricey but I really enjoyed it. Their write ups are very in depth and they thoroughly explain their views and ranking system. I also really like seeing quotes from actual NHL scouts about the different prospects.Added HockeyProspect's Black Book to OP. They are fantastic as far as draft guides. Matiss Kivlenieks life was cut short by an awful accident which makes it even more tragic. Very sad. I had him as one of the goaltenders taken in the Expansion draft so I thought he was more along the line of a future NHLer than M Villalta ever will bedefinitely shitty situation and very sad, but I did not think he was regarded as that level of prospect to be a future #1. On seeing Johnson play I first am underwhelmed by size. But that should not take away from the talent and skill he possesses. The kicker is trying to project whether he will become stronger, faster, better? And can he play the Wing?18 year draft is sometimes tough to determine talent/skillI think Johnson will be the best offensive player in this draft. If he is there I want LA to take him.
