Is Raty fixable? Probably not.. not to the degree that he's a first round talent, you might get a 4th line center out of him, 3rd line if you are lucky.

He developed early.. 6'1, stocky, had the physical tools. Had 21 pts in 30 games in the U20, earned a promotion got 12 games and scored 4 pts in the Liiga.

Then a year later, plays 3x the games, scores 2 points more and actually gets left off the U20 team.

You can say he didn't have an opportunity in the Liiga over 30+ games, but he had less opportunity the year before and was better. He's declined, he's dropped and dropped.. he's just done.

I'd pass on Raty, can't recall a highly touted prospect like that falter this much and recover.

I've heard a TSN interview with L'Heureux. His mastering of English is very good, and he has a very nice , out going personality. I also seen Owen Power's interview. That guy has a very shy, quiet personality, and I would not have known that he is attending College in the US. Very basic language, short answers and usual hockey player clichés.

Effectively. The 11th pick doesn't exist, so 12th overall pick is the 11th pick in the draft. And so on.
