There was literally one single center (Svech) who I'd take around that pick and he has major questions on offense.

Yeah, and he made much more sense even without the offense.
I don't mind this guy, it's just this combined with Buch makes me disappointed in general.

Im sure he'll be a good player but ive been begging this organization to address center depth and there was 2 sitting there, this will catch up to us down the road when Laf, Kakko etc have their contracts and we're out trying to trade for bargain bin centers to fill out the roster.

I wish you were wrong (unless we find a gem tomorrow at center). It's almost fantasy to think you can just go out and try to pry even a Dvorak from other teams without overpaying.

He’s skating is not bad. His mechanics are wonky but his speed is fine. He cleans up his mechanics skating may become a strength. I like other guys better but this is not a bad pick.
