Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. These were the practice lines that were posted:
You can tell that it's WJC season early with some of the updates that are coming out from the media people. Even small things like Dach and Cozens being held out of practice due to showing up on the ice last minute. Better than no hockey at all.

Definitely has a shot. As a “Q” guy, he’s already had a few games under his belt (with a strong start), which might give him a leg up in camp, but it goes without saying that there is a LOT of competition this year.

yeah, canada is going to be stacked. I hope Hendrix makes it, but if not, I'll still get to cheer on McMichael
Off topic but Button said Hughes, Kakko and Laf could be at the tourney.

It's November 19th and the NHL has not provided any hard info on next season, so we're hoping the NHL starts February 1st and everyone will be there. At this point, it looks like it might happen.

Put the Tree up. Usually I use 800 - 1000 lights but this year I only used 600 and it looks great! Now all we need is some International Hockey.

I think the quarantine requirements make it tough for those guys to just show up. I get the appeal if NHL camp isn’t until after Jan 1 so they may as well play and represent their country but it’s not an easy process to enter the bubble late from the US.
I feel the opposite, why bother with all that if they are on the bubble.

I agree about the NCAA guys. I'd be surprised if at last two of them don't make the team.

I would assume Lafrieniere is already in Canada and wouldn't need to do a 2 week isolation. The others though might be a bit of an issue. Hopefully they work it out though.

I'd be surprised if Newhook & Holloway don't make the team.
Newhook definitely will be there, and Holloway will play a 4th line role imo. Canada always seems to love those energy guys, Holloway's physicality & penalty kill ability will be something Canada is looking for.
I agree and think Holloway will have a big role, so jealous he's on the Oilers. Don't understand the hate he gets.

Id be very suprised if he makes this team. I dont see it happening he would have to beat out some very very good players who are older and more polished. This is a really deep team.

Well I guess that's a good thing for him, seeing that he's 19 years old.
I don't see Holloway making the team. Not because he is bad, just because there are better options that are already working and playing together. Newhook would make it over him and I think both are a long shot right now
I have Newhook down as a lock. Not really sure where this narrative of Hockey Canada not liking him comes from. He’s played for Canada in multiple events and delivered every time. Sure he didn’t make the World Junior team last year but he was an 18 year old and there was limited room with more experienced players ahead of him. That’s CLEARLY not the case this year as he should be one of the core players that this team leans on.

Newhook and Holloway are strong bets imo. I have no idea how to assess the goalie situation and Levi tho.
any confirmation where the livestream will be for the 3 intersquad games? I checked the tsn schedule and it is not listed??
Look up 2 posts. The 1st game is there, I suspect TSN will be livestreaming the other 2 on their site as well
