Edmonton and Calgary are the opponents where we have clearly missed Doughty (and Roy). The Kings young defenseman and great defensive system have held up better than expected but you can’t expect AHL call-ups and guys like Edler and Maata to contain MVP caliber players like McDavid, Drasaitl and Gaudreau.
