No goals in 24 games, scores into our own net, turns it over almost costing us the game and potentially causing our best goaltender to be injured on the play.

And he will be right back out there on the first line and #1 PP unit tomorrow night.

This is disgraceful, this team is not a meritocracy, I've been a big TM supporter all year but this Iafallo non-sense has turned me against him.
You can make a case for him handling a future HOF gently (i said make a case).. but Iafallo? That is irrefutable evidence that there is something extremely wrong with his decision making. There is no excuse for that deployment ever in any universe at any point since the big bang.

Alex Iafallo is the worst player on the team, no one is worse right now, even Stetcher and Moverare are playing better. This is an unprecedented in-season collapse for what was previously a serviceable NHL player.

I wish Blake would just waive him tomorrow to just take it out of TMac's hands because it's painfully obvious that no matter what happens TM isn't lessening his role.

So let's see, the Kings get a point in a tough building with a completely washed up Kopitar, horrible Iaffallo, AHL defense and get this -- give the worst D man in NHL history with DD minutes -- and yet, they get a point. I'm so disgusted...
That's one way to look at it. Or they could stop running the vets into the ground and give the kids a chance to get 2 points.

Is this supposed to be an argument? There were obvious examples of other players who were more effective than those that were put out in OT. Seems like they got a point in spite of coaching, maybe if the coaching was good they would have gotten both

Not an argument -- just facts. And, oh yeah, I left out -- idiot coach.

If they waive him, I honestly do not think anyone takes him. 4 million for 3 more years and totally inept.
He no longer has speed, can't shoot, easily contained and controlled. No elite plays. Looks 5'11" and 175 and certainly not the 6'0" 190 he's listed at. No physicality.
And has demonstrated this for 23 games and the staff:
1. lets him play 20 mins on line 1??
2. gives him #1 PP time? (5 pp points all year? and no net presence, finish)
3. gives him an A to wear?
4. 2 shifts in OT??????
The staff needs to be called into the ofice. Or Blake needs to take matters into his hands and waive him.

TMac is a disciple of Babcock.
They trust veterans. They don't trust kids.
Veterans are predictable, good or bad.
Kids? You never know what the f*** they're going to do, good or bad.
Coaches like predictability and avoid chaos at all costs.
Blashill, another Babcock disciple, was the same way in Detroit until finally giving some kids some rope to play with this year.

Ok the deal I made we let them win in OT tonight at their home and on April 7 they let us win in OT at our home. Helps both teams and hurts Vegas. We kept our part of the deal. ;)

I agree. Fagemo should get the call up. Though he's viewed with a ceiling of 3rd line, I think he'd play well on Kopi's wing.

I just hope to God they don’t bring Brown back next season. If we got a Coach that can match lines and play the vets where they deserve to be played we could really take some strides.
Don't disrespect Brown like that!

If I was Brown I would call it quits. Hopefully this time off makes him realize he can't keep up with the league anymore

Ya it makes sense - but I think even Babcock would pull the plug on AI - just for the sheer benefit of the team. You cant have a guy that bad playing top line, pp1 and OT in that deep a funk.
